Returns & Refunds

Thank you for being part of the Discipline Directive Co. community. We appreciate your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns/refunds on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
  • Returns for wrong size or change of mind will be considered on case by case basis so please email us with the issues.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unwashed, undried, and not worn or trained in.
  • Items must not have excessive wrinkling.
  • Items must be free of animal/human hair or lint.
  • Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
  • If your item included tags, the original tags must be attached.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at DisciplineDirectiveCo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.
  • We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Resolution Options:

  • For eligible returns, we offer replacements or refunds. We will specify which option is available based on the issue.

Return Shipping:

  • If your return is approved, return shipping costs will typically be handled by the customer unless item is damaged or misprinted. This too will be discussed on a case by case basis.
  • Return the product to the specified fulfillment center as instructed.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return and check the product, a refund will be disbursed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note: If you are returning your entire order, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

Additional Information:

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders at this time.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on APO/FPO/DPO orders.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:

  • The return and exchange policy is extended leading up to Christmas. Orders placed after November 14th will have until January 31st to return or exchange.
