Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your order. Shipping times typically vary from 2 to 7 days in the contiguous U.S. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Discipline Directive Co. is not responsible for any stolen packages. The packages we send are uninsured.

Note: You are responsible for providing the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages returned to Discipline Directive Co. are subject to return shipping fees.

Thank you for being part of the Discipline Directive Co. community. We appreciate your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns/refunds on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items.
• Returns for wrong size or change of mind will be considered on case by case basis so please email us with the issues.
  

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be unwashed, undried, and not worn or trained in.
• Items must not have excessive wrinkling.
• Items must be free of animal/human hair or lint.
• Items returned with detergent stains or strong odors will not be accepted.
• If your item included tags, the original tags must be attached.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at DisciplineDirectiveCo@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.
• We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.

Resolution Options:

• For eligible returns, we offer replacements or refunds. We will specify which option is available based on the issue.

Return Shipping:

• If your return is approved, return shipping costs will typically be handled by the customer unless item is damaged or misprinted. This too will be discussed on a case by case basis.
• Return the product to the specified fulfillment center as instructed.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return and check the product, a refund will be disbursed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note: If you are returning your entire order, the original shipping costs are not refunded.

Additional Information:

• We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders at this time.
• We do not offer exchanges or returns on APO/FPO/DPO orders.

Extended Holiday Return Policy:

• The return and exchange policy is extended leading up to Christmas. Orders placed after November 14th will have until January 31st to return or exchange.

• Tumble dry on low, or hang-dry for the longest life.
• If needed, cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the decoration.
• Do not dry clean.
